Speak To Me Like You Love Me is a large-scale, three-channel video installation that draws on the language of cinematic melodrama and its preoccupation with family life, intimacy, and the emotional tensions of domestic space. The work stages the unraveling of a family relationship as a public spectacle, unsettling conventional distinctions between private experience and performance.

Combining original writing with fragments drawn from literature, television, and film, the installation weaves together personal narrative and cultural fiction. Familiar dramatic conventions are repeated, interrupted, and displaced, revealing how emotion and identity are shaped through stories that are continually performed rather than simply lived.

Presented across three large-scale projections, the domestic interior becomes both stage and site of spectatorship. Viewers are drawn into a shifting narrative that resists resolution, where performance, observation, and emotional experience remain in constant negotiation. Rather than offering a coherent story, Speak To Me Like You Love Me examines how narrative itself mediates the ways we understand ourselves and one another.
